2. Products & Authenticity
- All our items are 100% authentic, imported directly from the USA.
- We offer ready stock as well as pre-order items (shipped on demand).
- Product photos and descriptions are provided for guidance; slight variations in color may occur.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD
- Prices are reduced by up to 40% off original retail prices.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- For pre-orders, a deposit may be required.
- Payments are accepted by cash on delivery or as otherwise agreed upon at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment/deposit is received.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- We deliver across all regions in Lebanon.
- Delivery times for ready stock: usually 2–4 working days.
- Delivery times for pre-orders: 2–4 weeks, depending on supplier and shipping.
- Delivery fees apply and will be communicated at checkout.
6. Exchange & Return Policy
- Due to the nature of imported branded items, we do not offer refunds.
- Exchanges are possible only if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong item was sent.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos/videos).
7. Liability
- Supreme Brands is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping companies, or unforeseen events.
- We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery.

- All personal data (name, phone number, address) is kept confidential and used only to process and deliver your orders.
