Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across all regions in Lebanon.
• Delivery times for ready stock: usually 2–4 working days.
• Delivery times for pre-orders: 2–4 weeks, depending on supplier and shipping.
• Delivery fees apply and will be communicated at checkout.

 2. Exchange & Return Policy

• Due to the nature of imported branded items, we do not offer refunds.
• Exchanges are possible only if:
  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was sent.
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos/videos).
